Deutz Marlborough Cuvée is the result of the historic partnership in 1988 with the well known House of Deutz in Champagne. It is one of the first sparkling wines in Marlborough made in the traditional method, the same way champagne is produced. It's aged on yeast lees in bottle following its second fermentation, which gives it fresh bread aromas and creamy notes. Designed for drinking upon release, Deutz Marlborough Cuvée will nevertheless gain additional toasty nuances with careful cellaring.
Food Pairing: An outstanding aperitif, Deutz Marlborough Cuvée is also the perfect match with canapés.
