Pale straw with a green hue. Immediately pronounced varietal nose with passionfruit pulp, gooseberry and lime zest aromas all present. The palate is fresh yet plentiful. Tropical mid-palate with a sparkling lemon acid line ensures the wine finishes with a moreish-ness that encourages a second glass. 1 to 4 years from vintage.
Cool, wet spring resulted in very crops. However ripening conditions were near on perfect. Very concentrated wines.
Food Pairing: Sashimi, bluff oysters and trout risotto.
