A Provence-style Rosé from Hawke's Bay, crafted from select parcels chosen for their balance of flavour and freshness. Harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes are gently pressed to capture a delicate hue, refreshing finish, and clean mineral edge.

Hawke’s Bay is one of New Zealand’s oldest wine regions, celebrated for its diverse soils, warm maritime climate, and long growing season. Framed by mountain ranges and nourished by ancient riverbeds, the region offers a broad tapestry of sites ideal for producing complex, finely structured wines.
