Pale Straw with glints of green, the aroma reveals vibrant tropical and citrus fruit, with hints of passionfruit, feijoa and fresh fig. Subtle herbal and wet stone notes add complexity without dominating the bright fruit character. Lovely balance between lively acidity, expressive fruit, and delicate texture gives the wine harmony and freshness. Light to medium bod with a clean, precise mouthfeel and a vibrant, poised finish. Our 2025 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is ready to enjoy on release or over the next three years. The 2025 growing season in Marlborough provided ideal conditions for Sauvignon Blanc. A warm, steady spring and cool nights preserved bright natural acidity, while sunny late summer weather allowed fruit to ripen evenly and develop vibrant flavours. Careful vineyard management and gentle handling in the windery have produced a wine that is fresh, expressive, and true to the regions signature style.
