Medium gold colour with pale straw highlights. The aroma reveals stone fruit and orchard notes, with hints of pear and golden apple. Subtle secondary scents of toasted grain and gentle spice add complexity without overpowering. Lovely balance between crisp acidity, ripe fruit and delicate oak gives the wine harmony and elegance. Medium to full body with a smooth, polished texture and satisfying weight across the palate. Finishes bright, refreshing and poised.

Attentive handling in the vineyard and cellar has produced a wine with finely balanced texture, vivid fruit character, and bright, poised flavours that reflect the quality and promise of the 2025 vintage.
