This wine displays bright, dark, ruby red with violet hues, in the glass. Black fruits, spices and vanilla aromas are combines with oak. On the palate, this becomes a round, tasty, full-bodied wine, with a long lasting taste.
This 85% Shiraz, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon blend was 80% hand-picked, on alluvial and colluvial soil. This wine has been aging in stainless steel and epoxy concrete tanks for at least two months.
Food Pairing: Ideal to serve with red meat, cheese, dishes with curry or spicy meals, such as Asian or Latin cuisine.
