This wine displays a bright and intense ruby red colour in the glass, with violet reflections. Aromas of fruity character, with red plums and spices. The palate shows soft and round texture with good intensity and persistence.

This 85% Carmenere and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon was 40% hand-picked, in alluvial and colluvial soil. This Carmenere has been aging in stainless steel and epoxy concrete lanks for 2 to 5 months.

Food Pairing: Excellent company for pasta, cheese, lamb, grilled chicken and risotto.
