Description
Cream, Dry, Strawberry
"A youthful strawberries and cream style of pink Champagne. It’s fruit to the fore here, ripe yet complex, without the elaborate complexities of some others, but sensuous and direct. It’s all about youthful exuberance and purity, and it does the job very well" Cuisine Magazine, Champagne Tasting, Dec 2015
"Well-meshed and fresh, with a chalky underpinning to the flavors of ripe white cherry and pastry, accented by fragrant spice and spun honey. A crowd-pleaser, in an aperitif style. Drink now through 2019" Wine Spectator
This champagne seduction with pink-copper color is tender guarantee and harmony.
40% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse. 50% Pinot Black for the structure and 15% Pinot Black vinified as red wine . 10% Pinot Meunier for fruit. About 20 wines in its composition. 20% to 25% of reserve wines are used depending on the year to preserve the character to Champagne.
The CHAMPAGNE COLLET BRUT ROSE has an aging 3 years minimum, stored away from light in the centuries-old cellars carved out of chalk. Our wines are deliberately kept longer in order to offer our consumers a wine with a perfect maturity. (The legislation imposes a minimum aging of 15 months). Champagne Brut Rosé dosed at 9.5 grams of sugar per liter.
Dress bright intense pink. Nose: Scents of red fruit and rose petals. Fruity Smoothness and developing aromas of Rose and Honey. Nice balance between freshness and vinous. Serve chilled at 7-8 ° C.
Since 1921, the House Collet develops character champagnes in order to satisfy a clientele of demanding connoisseurs, seeking in its champagnes authenticity, elegance and a great finesse. Based in Ay in the heart of Champagne, home Collet relies predominantly on a supply of Premiers and Grands Crus reflecting the diversity of Champagne terroirs. Champagne Collet is a high gastronomy wine with each vintage has been developed so that it combines perfectly with any occasion, from aperitif to the finest dishes.
Food Pairing: Ideal for any occasion, the Champagne Collet BRUT ROSE can be enjoyed as an aperitif with friends but also find its place in the dessert with a feuillantine of strawberries or accompanied by a raspberry macaroon.
