A beautifully light and pale pink colour in the glass. Fresh, fruity with citrus notes, this wine is a fabulous harmony in the mouth - long and expressive. A complex, fine and well-balanced wine with a nice salinity.
Sourced from the world renowned Rosé region of Provence, this delightful blend is made up of Grenache 35%, Syrah 35%, Carignan 15%, and Cinsault 15%.
Hand harvested in small boxes of 30kg. Direct pressing and controlled temperatures during fermentation. Elevated on fine lees in stainless steel vat.
