Deep ruby with purple tones. Blackberry bramble, dark raspberry, toasted oak, hint of rose. Blackberry and dark plum with lingering oak nuance, medium body, supple tannins and balanced acidity on the finish.

Astable and favorable growing season from budbreak through harvest allowed for excellent color and flavor development. Cool evening air provided relief from daytime heat, helping the fruit retain brightness and balance.

The grapes were fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit expression and natural varietal character. No oak was used at any stage, allowing the wine’s bright blackberry and plum notes to remain pure and unmasked. Following fermentation, the wine completed full malolactic conversion, contributing a smooth texture and balanced finish.
