Lemon, Liquorice, Spice
On the nose. Well pronounced juniper with subtle spice and citrus with a peppery tickle on the nose. On the Palate. Super classic, juniper, coriander, lemon, peppercorn and light earth. Juniper Berries, Cassia Bark, Liquorice Root, Lemon Peel, Angelica Root, Cardamom Pods, Peppercorn, Coriander Seed, Nutmeg and Orris Root.
Clarity dry is our trademark gin, it is a classic London dry style gin. This gin is perfect as is or with tonic on a cold winters day or easily transformed into a summer thirst quencher with the addition of your favourite tonic and garnish.
Serve neat on the rocks, or with your favourite tonic and a slice of citrus.
