A soft, juicy and flavoursome Shiraz highlighting upfront cherries and blackberries with hints of spice and black pepper. This wine displays a palate of upfront fresh ripe berries with hints of black pepper and well integrated tannins and a long finish.

The Shiraz grapes were picked just as the the flavours were at their prime. Harvest was carried out in the cool of the evening and the fruit was crushed and fermented on skins delivering the rich colour. The wine was then matured in a combination of stainless stell tanks and on oak, before filtering and bottling.
