"Hues of pale apricot lead to a bouquet of peach and baked apple, fresh yellow plum and a lick of fruit spice. A dry wine touches the palate first then a line of acidity and core fruit flavours of plum and berries, apricot and a touch of lees reflecting the spice. Beautifully refreshing, this is a subtle, elegant rose in a bone-dry style. The palate is finely textured, with a long, zesty, slate like finish. Enjoy this wine now rather than cellaring as it is unlikely to benefit from further aging.
