The Fattoria San Michele a Torri, covers an area of about 370 hectares, 55 of which are occupied by vineyards. The wellbeing of people and the environment is the root of all the production at San Michele a Torri, which for many years has been producing, with passion and professionalism, healthy, guaranteed and certified products.
A beautiful blend of Sangiovese (80%), Canaiolo (10%), Colorino (5%), Merlot (5%) from DOCG Chianti Colli Fiorentini. Aged in large wooden barrels.
Food Pairing: Goes well with pasta, tomato sauce, oven vegetables, hard cheese.
