Beautiful deep colour with purple tints. Focused and fruity nose with faint toast in the background. The same fairly elegant aromatic combination flows through to the palate. A very accessible, supple, crisp Bordeaux.
20 miles south-east of Bordeaux, Entre- Deux-Mers area, Terroir composed by fine clay and limestone, out- crop facing south / southwest, Oceanic climate. Mid-September to mid-October during a single week, 45 - 50 hectolitres / hectare. Vatting for 15 - 18 days in stainless steel vats. Controlled temperature. In subterranean, glassed vats for twelve months.
