Its powdery pink hue and fine bubbles lead to aromas of homemade strawberry jam, vineyard peach, and warm hints of gingerbread and cinnamon. The palate is rich and indulgent, with layers of strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry in velvety cream.
Aged 3–4 years on lees with 35% reserve wines, it offers a perfect balance of freshness, structure, and refined intensity.
