Fruit-driven and full flavoured it has a fine bouquet with subtle aromas of berry-fruit and a hint of toasty yeast character. It is dry, well-rounded and soft of the finish.

Made from a selection of black-skinned grape varieties, Blanc de Noirs sparkling wines are reputed or their richness and generous fruit. This classic sparkling wine is bottle fermented using the traditional method with minimum ageing of 9 months sur lie to add richness and complexity.
