Description
Apple, Lemon, Mineral
“A rather excellent bouquet centering on scents of butter brioche and white peach then a mix of flinty mineral and baked apple. A preserved citrus and fresh oatmeal idea adds breadth expanding the bouquet. After the soft and finely textured mousse dies away the flavours of citrus and peach show first then a wave of autolysis coats the palate. Plenty of acidity contrast the dry finish. Best drink from day of purchase through 2029.” Cameron Douglas, Master Somellier
“Lovely delicate aromas of white fruit, fresh flowers and subtle savoury notes of baked apple tart. The palate is lively and light-weight with a lacy, elegant off-dry finish. Quite expressive and accessible, the pretty apple fruit is joined by oyster shell on the long, nicely saline finish. Just a touch of savoury lees at the end. Refreshing and finely balanced.” Stephen Wong, Master of Wine
