"Brightly fruited and inviting with Black Doris plum, cherry, olive and floral aromas, it's juicy and supple in the mouth delivering pristine fruit flavours together with plump mouthfeel and silky texture. Medium bodied and splendidly tasty. At its best: now to 2025" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, May 2022

"Complex and enticing bouquet with a mix of aromas from stony soils to plum and cherry, granite and baking spices. Moderately weighted, dry and textured on the palate with an abundance of firm-ish tannins then red fruit flavours biting first. A floral, nut and leesy quality adds complexity add charm, depth of flavour as well as texture and length. Well made and ready to drink from 2022 through 2028+. Great as an accpaniment to food including cheese" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, May 2022

Garnet red colour. Complex and fine nose with notes of black fruit like blackberry and blackcurrant. Fruity on the palate with lovely notes of liquorice and silky tannins, creating a precise and elegant wine with lovely freshness.

The entire area nestles in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park. Here, the vines grow in sandy-clay soil at an altitude of 350 metres. The surrounding mountains create a nice range of temperatures which helps concentrate the colouring matter in the grapes, while preserving the wine’s “bite”.

The harvesting of the ripe grapes is carried out by machine, taking care to respect the integrity of the grape berries. Traditional vinification in concrete tanks. The alcoholic fermentation is temperature controlled to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. Short pumping over every day at regular intervals. The maceration lasts about three weeks. The wine is aged 6 months in concrete vats.

Food Pairing: sauteed veal.
