The brilliant body is golden yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine, while the foam is discreet yet lingering. The nose, very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. It also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavours of fresh fruit and honey.

This champagne has a clear pale yellow colour. The bubbles are soft, fine and discreet. The aromatic and fruity nose reveals notes of white fruit, delicately accompanied by a hint of lily of the valley and smoky flavour. On the nose, it is clear and straight to the point, while the mid-palate phase reveals notes of exotic fruit, mango and yellow grapefruit. The distinctive and expressive finish unveils salty and minty aromas. Champagne Irroy Extra Brut expresses the personality of the fine terroirs of the Champagne region through the balance of its blend. Its aromatic expression and fruity and crisp mouthfeel make it a great champagne for any occasion.

"This is a new classic Rosé from Fleur de Miraval with rose petals, iron shavings and some orange peel. Medium-bodied with zesty orange peel, rose petal, chalk and hibiscus on the palate. Dried strawberry and iron. Lovely balance of acidity. Juicy. Lightly dry finish. Based on the proprietary reserve. White from 2019 and red 2019 blends. ‘Petite Fleur’ opens on a magnificent bouquet of spring flowers, with notes of peony and hawthorn, interwoven with bright, luscious red fruit such as raspberry and redcurrant. The mouth is exquisitely juicy and full, illuminated with fresh, lemony citrus notes, ruby grapefruit and mandarin, and a subtly diaphanous finish. ‘Petite Fleur’ is the very essence of its place of origin: the magnificent terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, anchored in the noble purity of chalk. The wine is aged on lees in the dark in our cellars for three years.
