Intense ruby-red colour violet hues. This wine displays an expressive, complex bouquet, full of fresh fruits such as raspberries and cherries and ripe fruits like plums and blackberries, which blend perfectly with the tobacco and vanilla notes produced during barrel aging.
Food Pairing: Ideal for accompanying red meat, wild game birds, venison and semi-hard cheeses.

It displays a dark violet colour. The nose is quite expressive and intense, full of black fruit and spices, where blackberries, plums, blueberries and pepper stand out, perfectly combining with subtle notes of vanilla and blond tobacco. In the mouth, it is a round wine, with good concentration and volume, ripe fruit, soft tannins, rich acidity and a persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal to accompany risotto, baked lean meats, game birds, rabbit, ripe cheeses and peppery steak.
