Appearance limpid, deep ruby. In glass aroma tasteful, fruity, cherry and strawberry confiture, spicy, balsamic with floral notes of bouquet. In mouth sensations warm, smooth, slightly tannic with mineral notes, balanced, intense, long, fine. Complex, elegant, harmonious.

100% Sangiovese varietal, this Rosso shows the vigor of the grape and soil behind the castle.

Maceration in stainless steel vats at 23°C controlled temperature for 20 days. The malolactic fermentation continues for 1 month. Aged in small barrels and 15 – 20hl Slavonic oak casks for 10 months.
