Description

Straw-yellow with golden reflections in the glass with a delicate mousse. The bouquet is fruity and very inviting, with intense scents of peaches and exotic fruit. This Moscato is fresh and pleasantly sweet with a taste that reveals its varietal characteristic.

Fermentation is allowed to progress until the wine has obtained 7% alcohol. Then the grape’s natural sugar content is preserved by refrigeration in order to give the wine its unique sweet and aromatic characteristics.

Food Pairing: Excellent as dessert wine it matches perfectly with jam tarts fruit salads and pastry. Also delicious with ice cream, or just on its own as an accompaniment to conversation among friends.
