Deep cherry red color, clean, with violet shines. It shows pleasant notes of red fruit (cherry and red plum). On the palate, it is smooth, light, juicy and easy to drink.

This wine is a blend of 90% Monastrell and 10% Syrah varietals from 30+ year old vines grown in clay at an altitude of 500m. 

Grapes were fermented for 7-8 days in stainless steel takes at 24-26ºC followed by aginign for a month in oak barrels.

Food Pairing: Pair with cold meats and sausages, grilled white and red meats.
