Ornamented of powdered pink reflections, it is pale and delicate. Fine, it is also fresh and rich. It reveals a fresh aromatic bouquet where fruity (strawberry) and floral (peony) notes are mixed up.

The AOP Costières de Nîmes, located between Languedoc and Provence, is extended from the Rhône Valley right bank to the adjacent hills of its delta. The terroir is a mix of hills and uplands located at an altitude between 20 and 130 m. The soil is composed by siliceous pebbles.

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, with seafood, grilled fishes or mixed salads.
