Description

  • Toasty oak
  • Tropical fruit
  • Stonefruit
  • Rich texture

Richly textured featuring fresh stonefruit, tropical fruit and citrus notes with toasty oak character that balances the fruit.

The Camshorn vineyards are along the East coast but sheltered from cool Easterly winds by the Teviotdale Hills, allowing warm daytime temperatures at ripening. The vines are planted predominantly on Glasnevin Gravels, which are light, free-draining stony soils, consisting of a thin (200-350mm) silt loam topsoil overlaying a stony, sandy loam with sandy gravels underneath.
