This wine embodies the passion and dedication to the craft of winemaking that has made Ca’ dei Frati one of the top producers in Italy Crafted from 100% Turbiana (a rare, indigenous white grape) , this is stunningly aromatic, all apricot stone, nectarine and quince, followed by ultra-zesty acidity, a beautifully balanced, succulent mouthfeel and a long, spicy peachy finish.

Crafted from 100% Turbiana (a rare, indigenous white grape) grown around the Lake Garda area of Veneto, this is stunningly aromatic, all apricot stone, nectarine and quince, followed by ultra-zesty acidity, a beautifully balanced, succulent mouthfeel and a long, peachy finish.
Consumed young it is fresh and straight forward, refined and elegant with delicate notes of white flowers and aromatic herbs with a hint of apricot and almond. It evolves through time firmly expressing mineral notes. The wine acquires complexity with a touch of iodine, spices and candle fruit. On the palate it is concentrated, with a lively fresh finish.
Food Pairing: When consumed young it should be served at around 10C The ideal accompaniment for delicate cold or warm starters steamed or grilled fish.
