Description
Oak, Spice, Strawberry
Bright and lively ruby red in colour. Intensely fruity with hints of small red fruits, strawberries and ripe blackcurrants. Soft, rounded and with good persistence, it has hints of spice, elegant tannins and offers pleasant velvety sensations on the palate.
After crushing and destemming, the must is initiated into traditional winemaking in steel in contact with the skins. Completed also malolactic fermentation, wine it is placed to mature in oak barrels.
