"Damson jam on the nose with a hint of plum chutney and toasted coconut. There is also some oyster mushrooms and truffle notes which give body and structure. There is age on the palate, the more the drying notes of sandalwood, oak and incese sticks. Amber gold in colour. Scents of rich sherry, blossoming into sweet caramel and polished leather. An initial taste of sweet berries and cream that evolves into a feast of roasted nuts and malt. Soft and dry with a delicate hint of sweet sugar and spiced oak that linger long on the tongue.

Magnificently well aged with a spiced oak glow, the 25 year old is smooth and sweet – sherry, caramel, berries and cream are balanced with roasted nuts to make a delicate yet complex single malt.
