Fiesta is a derivative of feast/festival. It is synonymous with the enjoyment of wine and food. Strawberry, raspberry, watermelon and a hint of lychee are evident.
The 2024 Fiesta Rosé is made purely from red grapes, namely Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Ripe free run juice is collected the moment the grapes are received and then they are lightly pressed for the balance of the juice.
Food Pairing: Rosé can be enjoyed with or with out food, it’s appeal is quite universal. Prawn salad with a citrus dressing.
