The 2022 Fiesta Rosé is made purely from red grapes. This has generated an appealing hue – Syrah is the dominant variety. It is floral with Rose petal, strawberry and peach. There is a vibrant mid palate which makes it a joy with food.
When the grapes arrived at the winery, the juice was immediately removed from the skins in the receival hopper. The balance of the juice is recovered by pressing the grapes in the tank press.. A temperature controlled fermentation has retained the delicate fruit flavours.
