This is a highly-textured wine with flinty characters that marry beautifully with strong stonefruit and citrus notes and a toasty and mealy complexity. The palate is rich, soft and full with peaches, cream, a nutty-like quality and full textural finish.
Food Pairing: This wine is ideally matched with chicken or veal dishes in rich cream-based sauces or grilled pork dishes with roasted nectarines.
