An appealing Spanish red full of flavour
Description
Cherry, Floral, Spice
This wine is ruby red with dark purple hints. It shows an intense bouquet of ripe fruit and floral notes. It has a full and balanced mouthfeel with flavors of red ripe fruit and spices, typical for the Grenache variety harvested at the right maturity. Showing elegant tannins and a complex and persistent finish.
Vineyard with an age of 10-15 years on mostly chalky soils. Harvested at the beginning of October.
Fermentation in inox tanks at temperatures between 22ºC and 25ºC to preserve all the aromas from the Garnacha. Each variety is vinified separately and blended before bottling.
