Our Petite Sirah is bold and uncompromising. Aromas of blackberry, blueberry and black plum intertwine with masculine notes of new leather, cedar wood and smoked pipe tobacco, all wrapped in a dusting of espresso. On the palate, this full-bodied wine delivers layers of ripe blackberry, anise and spicy clove, supported by mouth-coating tannins. The finish lingers with intensity, promising both enjoyment and excellent aging potential.

Bogle is Quintessential California. The family in its seventh generation is now run by Warren Bogle. Their vineyards are based around the Sacramento, Delta Basin. These wines really are bursting with ripe flavour and must be tried. The winery is also Certified Sustainable. In 2019 Bogle Vineyards was named as the American Winery of the Year in the Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Awards.

Food Pairing: Perfect with spicy oriental dishes with red and white meat. Goes also well with pasta in spicy tomato sauce with peppers and white mould cheeses.
