The delicious 2023 vintage of Bogle Chardonnay reflects a cooler growing season, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop nuanced flavours. The nose shows bright citrus, freshly plucked apple and delicate white jasmine. On the palate, stone fruit is layered with vanilla and clove, warm spice and a touch of oak-derived toastiness, leading to a balanced, lingering finish.

Bogle is quintessential California, now in its seventh generation and run by Warren Bogle. Based around the Sacramento Delta Basin, the vineyards produce wines bursting with ripe flavour. The winery is Certified Sustainable and, in 2019, was named American Winery of the Year at the Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Awards.

This California Chardonnay is one of Bogle's most popular wines, a well-balanced and welcoming crowd pleaser with wide appeal. Handcrafted and award-winning, it offers a lovely, approachable style.

Fermentation was 50% in stainless steel and 50% in barrel, followed by malolactic fermentation and traditional bâtonnage. The wine was aged on lees for eight months.
