"Pristine and elegantly fragrant on the nose with white flesh stone fruit, green pear, lemon peel and white floral aromas. The palate delivers fine focus and juicy fruit flavours, combined with supple texture and refreshing acidity, making it tasty and delightfully drinkable" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jan 2023

The palate is elegant and opulent with layers of fresh white pear, pastry and a subtle savoury character. The dry style offers a delicate, aromatic flavour with a fresh balance and persistent length.

Specially chosen from parcels of perfectly ripened fruit in Marlborough’s Omaka and Southern valleys and harvested at optimum flavour ripeness.

Food Pairing: Perfectly paired with an antipasto platter with soft ripe cheeses.
