We make Black Collar Gin in the traditional ‘London Dry’ style. It’s juniper forward with subtle hints of floral and spice. This taste profile makes Black Collar Gin perfect for everything from classic gin cocktails through to straightforward yet elegant, gin and sodas.

We wanted to create a gin that is a little different – one with its own unique flavour profile. With a smooth and natural taste, our gin works with different tonics and garnishes for a drink that suits your mood. Why not experiment with freshly squeezed juices and sparkling water for a fresh new flavour?

Our mainly organic botanicals are sourced from all regions of the world and macerated overnight in our pot still to extract the most flavour prior to distilling.
