Vibrant crimson with purple hues. Plum, violet, white spice with a restrained oak presence. Elegant medium bodied style. Vibrant berry fruit gentle acidity and a lovely fine tannin.

De-stemmed fruit was fermented in open-top vats with traditional cap management and extended maceration to enhance varietal expression and build fine, supple tannins. Following pressing, the wine completed malolactic fermentation in tank. A modern maturation approach was then used, where micro - oxygenation precisely manages the wine’s interaction with subtle French oak influence, gently mimicking the softening and integration traditionally achieved through barrel ageing. This allows the wine to develop harmony and texture while preserving purity of fruit. The wine was lightly fined and filtered prior to bottling
