Pale blush in colour with subtle berry fruit aromas and a touch of damson plum. Fresh, fruit forward palate with a bright finish.
Made from handpicked fruit source off 12 to 28 year old vines located on a dry-farmed Havelock North vineyard.
Whole bunch pressed with zero skin contact. The juice was cold settled racked off solids and filled to tank for temperature-controlled fermentation with an aromatic yeast. Post fermentation held on light lees to impart additional palate texture, minimal fining prior to bottling.
