Translucent, bright, crystal-clear. Exceedingly smooth and sophisticated on the nose. The quality of the wheat alcohol is exceptional, well rounded and highly refined. Somewhat floral with a nice freshness. Smooth beginnings followed by a clean, crisp and delicate mid-palate. A lingering finish with no bitterness or afterburn. Surprisingly subtle and ultra-smooth, delivering a refreshing mouthfeel. Soft aromatic nuances. In 1814 the Russians were in Paris. They were forbidden from drinking in inns. Despite the ban, they were served fine (vodka) “in haste” or as said by the Russians, “bystryy”. Thus, the name Bistro was born.
Bistro Vodka is best enjoyed straight, preferably chilled or with ice. Bistro also makes fabulously original cocktails.
