This wine is oozes tropical aromas of ripe passionfruit and grapefruit. The palate is summer fresh with layers of black current and citrus flavours evident in every sip. The structure is fresh and crisp making for the perfect accompaniment this summer.
Grown in the sunny region of Marlborough, New Zealand. These Sauvignon Blanc grapes were monitored through the 2023 growing season with only the finest quality fruit being harvested for this wine. The juice for this wine was fermented in cool stainless - steel vessels helping to retain the fresh fruity characters associated with Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. After fermentation, the wine was immediately blended, finalised and prepared for bottling by our expert winemaking team.
