This silky Pinot Noir has aromas of ripe raspberries and black cherries with hints of wild flowers and dried herbs.  A beautifully balanced wine with flavours of fresh boysenberries, blackcurrants and savoury oak to finish.

Fruit was sourced from a variety of Marlborough vineyards and harvested in the cool of the morning at optimum flavour maturity.  This wine was hand plunged frequently throughout fermentation, carefully blended and gently prepared for bottling.

Food Pairing: Well matched with seared tuna steaks.
