A delicate blend of Grenache and Syrah with aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle, and citrus. Pale pink in colour, the palate is light and fresh whilst remaining full-flavoured. There is crisp refreshing acidity that leads to a long delicate finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine such as salads and seafood, especially shellfish.
