Gin is light turquoise in color. The taste of gin is spicy, refreshing, with hints of cardamom, orange, spices, anise and juniper. Gin has a bright aroma with dominant hints of orange, cardamom and juniper.

The classic blend of finest botanicals and spices distilled separately: juniper, cardamom, fresh orange peel, coriander and Angelica. Gin is served alone and with the addition of tonic. To create an aromatic drink based on “Barrister” Blue Gin, put crushed ice in a glass and add it with mint leaves, lemon slices, sprigs of rosemary or blueberries.
