Hints of succulent black cherry, luscious berries, and a delicate spice bouquet intertwine, creating an enticing olfactory experience. On the palate, the wine reveals its depth and elegance. The tannins are masterfully integrated, contributing to a smooth and seamless texture that delights the senses. In the winemaking process, our primary focus is on elevating the wine’s balance, elegance, texture, and the lasting presence of its flavor. “Barrelaia” is a meticulous blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet grapes. Each grape variety is carefully vinified separately and subjected to extended maceration in stainless steel tanks, maintaining precise temperature control. At the end of the year, when the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is blended according to the right proportions which may differ according to the vintage.
