A charming Rosé delivering freshness & finesse
Description
Dry, Floral, Pomegranate
Bright and expressive with vibrant notes of raspberry, white cherry, and a delicate floral lift. Hints of wild strawberry and vanilla panna cotta add a soft, perfumed charm. Juicy, concentrated and layered with rose water and pomegranate. A well-rounded mouthfeel is balanced by a moreish line of acidity, delivering freshness and finesse. Enjoy now, or cellar up to 2 years.

Vintage 2025 was a season of generosity — both in the vineyard and in the glass. Across our Seaview vineyards in the Awatere Valley and throughout Marlborough, we were fortunate to see yields above the long-term average, a welcome contrast to the lighter2024 vintage. An excellent flowering set the stage for the season, followed by a classic Indian summer. Warm but not excessive heat, combined with well-timed rainfall, kept canopies healthy and supported even, steady ripening. A cooler spell in January was balanced by optimal conditions through late summer and early autumn, with warm days and cool nights enhancing flavour development and acid retention.
Individual parcels of fruit were harvest, destemmed and gently pressed. The juice was then left to settle in tank for 48 hours, where it was racked prior to fermentation. A long, cool fermentation, using a range of yeasts to capture the bright, fresh fruit characters. The individual parcels were then blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.
Food Pairing: Fresh summer salad topped with goat cheese and strawberries, spiced chicken tacos with lime crema, or a classic strawberry pavlova.
