A classic Sauvignon Blanc produced in a fuller, riper, and softer style. Fresh and lively tropical fruit flavours with green apple, gooseberry, lime and mandarin. Juicy and mouth-filling, with a crisp, clean finish.
100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from several vineyards situated throughout Marlborough.
Grapes were machine harvested from the 20th of March to the 5th of April. Grapes were crushed and de-stemmed followed by fermentation at 12-21ºC in stainless steel tanks with the wine then being filtered and fined before bottling.
