Strawberry, vanilla and cranberry aromas, with rose petal and gala apple. Raspberry leads into strawberry on the smooth and viscous palate. Rock melon and apple also noted. Flavours linger pleasantly with a touch of mineral and red florals. Good volume.
This fragrant Rosé is produced from a blend of Pinot Noir clones grown in Marlborough. Dry in style, with a soft creamy palate of strawberries, dark spice and melon with a bright, refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: Would be a perfect accompaniment to a summer picnic or alongside spicy Indian cuisine.
