Ata Rangi Martinborough Rosé 2025
A lovely example with flavour, texture & depth
A lovely example with flavour, texture & depth
Description
Dry, Melon, Raspberry
The nose is a delightful blend of notes of watermelon, persimmon, fresh cucumber and quince. Flavours of Royal Gala apples and rock melon open on the palate with refreshing lemon elderflower notes on the finish. Bright and energetic with beautifully refreshing acidity, this is a wonderful summer wine.

Delicious and dry is how we love our Rosé. Shaped by the harvest, the 2025 is crafted predominantly from Pinot Noir with small amounts of Syrah and Merlot making it more delicate than the years where Merlot is the higher percentage of the blend. Fermented in neutral barrels and stainless streel tanks allows the development of savory complexity to underpin the primary fruit.
Red varietals pressed, and lightly coloured juice settled overnight and then racked to older neutral barrels and the remainder to tank. Fermented at ambient temperature with natural yeasts.
