"Fruit centric bouquet with aromas of lemon and apple then whispers of slaty air and blossoms before mineral savoury complexity shows up after a few minutes in glass. Dry and quite intense with a chalky texture, contrasting core of citrus and white fruit flavours, saline and mineral mouthfeel. Lengthy finish with a moment of tangerine and lemon peel. Delicious. Pale gold. Stone fruit and ripe citrus with some vanilla notes. A fresh, lively palate with white peach and tropical flavours, medium body and length and a chalky, mineral finish. Enjoyable as youthful, lively wine but will mature well when cellared.

Food Pairing: Goat’s milk cheeses, grilled or pan-fried white meats. Excellent for cutting through rich, oily foods but also superb with salty and tart dishes — particularly seafood. A refreshing aperitif.
